Jean Starck is a co-founder of the Art Cloche movement (1981-1989), in Paris and belongs to the artist generation of the 80's / 90's of the underground culture and French urban art. Inspired by artists such as Gauguin or Dubuffet, his works are halfway between Art Brut and neo-primitive Art.
